The corporation was all out yesterday. We got a call to arms (or something) from the CEO to prepare for something, nobody (or most of us anyway) knew what was going on. Anyway I asked if my low level SP could join the fun, and of course the more the marrier. Great corp 🙂
So we grouped up and prepared for something.
Turned out the corporation POCO had been under attack by a rivaling pirate corp called The Tuskers, who happen to be right next door. And who for some reason have it out on Stay Frosty … the plot thickens. So we went on a little roam, but no one took the bait. Also, most people do know that when local suddenly sees a spike, it’s best not to be near. Making the roam a little pewpew-less.
We did return the favor on a Tuskers POCO though …
This was my very first ‘bigger’ event I did in EVE. Ok not huge, but still a thing where I learned a bit about fleets and fleet operations. Scouts, cloaked scouts, logi ships … the different stuff in the overview. Exciting stuff really. I can see how this gets more and more complex as the fleet increases. Being a Fleet Commander really is being a commander of sorts. Right now I’m being gimped by my low SP, which sucks. But that won’t stop me from having fun with my corporation.
To all that gave me the great advice, I thank you :-).
